Celebrating GANT by Michael Bastian’s ninth and final collection with this visual lookbook for F/W ’14.
Continue reading for the inspiration behind the collection, and to start making that list of must-haves.
This high school football themed Season was inspired by the ever popular TV series: Friday Night Lights.
Michael Bastian is coming “full circle” with a series of pieces remnant to that of his first collection with GANT.   Previous best sellers and personal favorites of the designer will be available with special commemorative labels, and in limited quantities.
This sweater is so bad ass.. And, who can’t resist that pup?
GANT’s history of American sportswear heritage, began in New Haven, CT, in 1949.  The lifestyle brand is amongst my all-time favorites, offering contemporary
high quality casual wear with a European touch-
sound familiar?
I’m really digging the camo-printed pants, velvet green blazer, soft pullovers,
clear optical lenses, and beanies paired with structured outerwear.
Among Michael Bastian’s many accomplishments, his tenure at GANT brought along a nomination for GQ’s Best New Menswear Designer in America, and he won CFDA
Menswear Designer of the Year.

I was fortunate enough to meet Michael Bastian at The Tents at Project last year.
His designs and collections with GANT have inspired, and continue to inspire me.
I thank Mr. Bastian for turning me into an effervescent Menswear enthusiast, in the pursuit of converting many alike.
