#PersolIcons Miami Diary I
Art Deco vibes at their finest at the Shelborne Hotel.
Our Miami trip wouldn’t be complete without a drive over to the artsy Wynwood neighborhood,
followed by a stroll to Panther Coffee. Wynwood was booming with magnificent art,
culture, and community. The combination of small families and friends alike were
wandering the streets, buying trinkets on the sidewalk, and exploring the Wynwood Walls.
We’re so glad we got to meet up with some close friends before flying back to LA.
Last weekend we had the privilege of traveling with Persol to Miami for Art Basel festivities.
It was our very first trip to MIA, so we were stoked to land and begin exploring.
Upon landing, we were escorted to our vintage-chic hotel: The Shelborne Wyndham Grand,
which was beautifully nestled on Collins Ave Art Deco inspired row.
The 50’s vibe had us feeling like we were in a time warp, but with modern gadgets and shower heads.
After unpacking our bags, we headed down to the pool to meet up with
the other Bloggers for lunch and some amazing libations.
Our trip was jam packed with fun, laughter, adventure, and lots of sun.
Exploring Miami through the lenses of our #PersolIcons was truly unforgettable.
The white sand, and cerulean beachfronts were perfect for lounging and chatting
with the crew. It was so awesome to re-connect with old friends, and
make so many new ones along the way.
We want to thank Stacy and the Persol team for organizing such an amazing trip, and
for being so hospitable to us all.
Stay tuned for more about our trip in our Miami Photo Diary part 2 tomorrow!
