Tailoring your body with Cool Sculpting
I’ve always been one to emphasize the importance of tailoring clothes to fit your body. Not only does tailoring make the clothes look good on you, it showcases your physique and can make you look a lot thinner then you are. I did this for years with the mentality that it wasn’t necessary to work out or eat healthy, I only did the tailoring and felt it would work forever. Well, once I hit 30, I noticed I began to gain a few lbs and new it was time for me to “tailor my body”. I went all in, got a trainer, changed my diet and began to live a healthier lifestyle. Within 6 months, I seen a tremendous change in my physique! I felt better, looked better, and was happier then ever! It was a real game changer for me, and I knew for the rest of my life, I would live a life of health and wellness. Now, although I looked and felt great, I had a very tough time with some minor areas on my body, ie: the Love Handles! No matter how much cardio I did, or how many side oblique exercises I tried, I just couldn’t get rid of them! I was also recently engaged, and knew that exercise alone would not help me get wedding ready in time.
I decided to embark on the Cool Sculpting journey. I’ve heard so many positive things about it, and wanted to get some more information. I called around and found DMH Aesthetics in Los Angeles, who were ranked very high on the Cool Sculpting procedure. I made an appointment, went in and was amazed about the whole process. The procedure only last 35min per area, and they recommended I do 3 sections (the love handles, and belly). I had some concerns since i’m always traveling and limited with time. They ensured me there is little to no down time, since the procedure is noninvasive. With my wedding around the corner, it was the perfect way to feel my best. They also said I could work out the very next day, and go to work the same day if I wanted! This alone had me convinced, I knew I would be partaking in the Cool Sculpting procedure.
When I finally decided to partake, my wedding was 4 months away, and the team said I would begin to see real results in 3 months. For me, this was perfect! I would continue my path of wellness, but with an added bonus of Cool Sculpting. The procedure was as expected (super quick), and really did not hurt at all. It kinda felt just very very cold, and I think I even laughed while they were doing it (it tickled me). Fast forwarding to today, I am now confident to say I’ve truly tailored my body inside and out. I have more confidence when not wearing a shirt, but also have a ton of confidence when my shirt is tucked in. It’s a type of confidence that makes me feel more positive about how I look and feel. I can’t explain how much I love the results and would recommend it to anyone who is struggling with certain areas they just can’t get rid of.
Thanks for listening Gents!
